We charge a flat rate shipping fee to mainland UK currently set at £25 per order.

Our parcels are fully insured and are delivered via Fastaway Couriers.

Orders outside of mainland UK will have to pay a surcharge at the relevant rate. We will contact you in order to arrange for payment before your goods are shipped.

In the unlikely event that your parcel is damaged, this fact must be reported to Red Cat Gallery within 24 hours by telephone or email via the details on
the contact us page.

Orders over £300 are sent free of charge as a thank you for your custom.

In the unlikely event that a product is out of stock, we will contact you with
a new delivery time or an alternative similiar product.
